Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online let's you mange your subscription within your account.  Although we're sorry to here that you'll be leaving the QuickBooks family, we understand that life happens.  For this reason, we'll hang on to your data for one year from the cancellation date.  This enables you to re-subscribe and pick up where you left off as noted here.  

 

Here's how to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription, purchased from Intuit;

 

1. Log into QuickBooks Online as an admin user

2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings

3. Open the Billing & subscription tab
Note: If you don't see the Billing & subscription tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. See the steps here.

4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
