How can I manage my subscription on Android?

I've had an account for years but now I need to update my cc but can't get into any sort of subscription management or payment update section on mobile or my pc

I'm excited to hear that you've been a part of the QuickBooks Online family for a few years! Keeping on top of your payment method is key for making sure you have continued access to your account, and I'm here to help you learn how you can update your credit card.

 

Checking directly in your QuickBooks Online account is a great place to start for updating your subscription payment and I can absolutely see why you began there. When your subscription is directly through Intuit, you would see the option to update your subscription via the Billing and subscription tab in your account settings. This option is only available via a browser. I'll walk you through the steps to make sure you got to the right place.

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Click the Billing and subscription tab.

If you're not seeing that tab, it typically means one of two things: you're paying for your account via an app store or your accountant is paying for the account and you're paying them. When the account is paid for via an app store, the subscription is managed in your app store and the payment is tied to the method on file there. Simply visit the app store, which in your case sounds like it would be Google Play, and then update your payment method.
