How do I add an employee that had a prior QBO ProAdvisor Certification while at a different firm, but now works for me?
Scenario: Last month, Mr. X worked for ABC Firm and was QBO ProAdvisor Certified with the email address: Mr.x@xxxxxxx.xxx
This month Mr. X started working for XYZ Firm. His new work email is Mr.x@xxxxxxx.xxx and the previous employer removed his old email account. How does Mr.X transfer his ProAdvisor Certified credentials to his new XYZfirm email address?
