Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  I'm saddened to hear about your company.  It's vital that you're able to successfully cancel your subscription and I'd be happy to guide you through the steps!

 

If you've purchased your QuickBooks Online account directly from Intuit, here's how to cancel it;

 

1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account as the Primary Admin, from a web browser

2. Proceed to Settings ⚙ in the top right and select Account and settings

3. Open the Billing and subscription tab

Note; If you don't see the billing and subscription tab, you've purchased QuickBooks through a mobile app store.  Follow this guide for the steps.

4. Choose Cancel subscription in the QuickBooks section and follow the on screen steps
