  3. Find the product you wish to cancel, then select Cancel.
  4. You’ll see a multiple-choice survey on why you're canceling your subscription. Once you’ve filled it out, click on Continue to cancel.
  5. You’ll see a page that details product benefits, and the last day you'll be able to use your subscription. Select Continue to cancel.
  6. You’ll see a pop-up confirming your subscription is canceled. Select Got it.

I really need help.  I had a QB Desktop but switched to online as it was cheaper. NOW i am getting billed for desktop renewal.
