How do i find my qb license key?

Entering your QuickBooks Desktop License number is an essential part of the process when downloading the software to your computer. Luckily there are a few simple ways for you to retrieve this information, and I'm happy to point you in the right direction.

If you've subscribed to a monthly or annual subscription plan, your license number and product code were emailed to you. If you haven't received the email yet or can't find it, check your junk mail folder. You'll also receive this information in an email if you purchased QBDT from our website and downloaded it.

After purchasing your version of QuickBooks Desktop from a retail outlet, you'll find your license number and product code on the inside panel of the folder where the CD is located.
