How do I reactivate my subscription?

Hi kimmijo1971,

 

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  It's great to hear that you're on your way back to QuickBooks Online for your Business.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Once your account falls inactive, you'll have one year to login and re-subscribe.  Here's how;

 

1. Sign into QuickBooks Online with your User ID and Password, if you can't remember your password, hit 'forgot password'.  Follow the steps to create a new password and login.

2. Click on Settings ⚙ in the top right

3. Select Account and Settings

4. Open Billing and Subscription from the left menu

5. Click on Re-subscribe and enter your Payment method
