How do I upgrade my account through Google pay

I can share some insights with you about upgrading your subscription through Google Play.

 

QuickBooks Online, as you may know, can be purchased in two ways: directly through Intuit and via partner billing like Google Play or the Apple Store. 

 

As for your Google subscription, the option to upgrade isn't available as the subscription is preset to renew with the version you initially subscribed. Don't worry, you have two options for this. Our support teams can transfer you from the partner billing with Google to Intuit billing, which will give you the opportunity to upgrade your QuickBooks Online account and access the features you need for your business.

 

Another way is cancelling your current service and subscribing to another version using Google Play.

 

You can contact our support using the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu then choose the Search tab.
  2. At the bottom click on Contact us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
  5. Choose your contact option to initiate a discussion with a live agent.
