How do I upgrade my subscription without doing this through Google pay. It keeps telling me to do this through Google pay as this is how it was originally set up.

It's important that all your information is up to date so that you can maximize your use of your QuickBooks Online software. It's a great program able to help you keep track of your books from anywhere with an internet connection. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with upgrading your subscription.

 

In order to upgrade your subscription while you're currently subscribed through the Google Play store, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team. They'll be able to help you transfer over the billing so your account can then be upgraded to the plan you wish to use from now on. You can reach them using these steps:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
