How do you share your account with you accountant?

Im not sure what goes where I am all new to this and me and taxes do not mix well

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. When it comes to managing users, QuickBooks offers the flexibility you need in order to achieve your goals. I'll be happy to point you in the right direction with this. 

 

You can add your accountant to your account by clicking the Gear icon > Manage users > click on the Accounting firms tabFrom here you can edit/remove the accountant user in question. Here's a helpful article that has more info about: Managing accountant users in QuickBooks Online. The article also shows you how to invite accountant users to the account.
