How do you transfer your current QB subscription to your accountants discounted p ricing subscription?

It's important for any business owner to save as much as possible when it comes to their important services. QuickBooks Online is a great tool that allows your accountant to access your books from anywhere with an internet connection. I can provide some information on how to transfer your billing to your accountant.

In order to transfer the billing to your accountant, you would need to follow these steps while logged in as the Primary admin of your QuickBooks account: 

1. Make sure you have added your Accountant user, then go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings.
2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. Select the blue Allow billing transfer to your accountant? link.

What this will do is allow your accountant to take over the billing of your account. Once you've clicked this link, I recommend reaching out to your accountant to let them know that you've invited them to take control of the billing as they have 48 hours to move you to their billing plan before the permission expires. If it happens that your accountant wasn't able to accept it in time, you'd just have to redo the steps mentioned above.
