How long can I access my data in QBO after I cancel my account

 As Fiat mentioned, you will have one year to access your QuickBooks data. You will have Read only access, meaning you will no longer be able to use your QuickBooks account other than exporting information you may need. If you're trying to cancel a Trial account, you will only have access for 90 days. To export data, you can navigate to the Gear icon and select Export data. This will bring you to a page with a list of things you're able to export.
