How to add an authorized representative or make a user an authorized representative?

There are just a few steps to add a new user in QBO. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Manage Users.

3. Choose Add user in the top right corner.

4. Decide which type of user you'd like for them to be.
