How to upgrade a client to plus

It's great to learn your clients s looking to upgrade to the Plus so they can access the amazing features offered on that subscription plan. I'll be happy to point you in the right direction so you can get back to managing your firm with peace of mind.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant, you can upgrade your client's plan by clicking on selecting your client from the drop-down screen > click on the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > from here you'll see an option to upgrade the plan. You can proceed with upgrading to the Plus subscription plan. In case you're not using QB Online Accountant, you can use the same steps above by clicking the Gear icon > Accounts and Settings > Billing and Subscription > from here you can upgrade to the Plus subscription.
