Question

I am a Pro Advisor and I canèt find a client data file in Quickbooks online. Any suggestions?

Glad to have you as ProAdvisor in the QuickBooks family. It's essential you're able to see your client data file so can assist them with their books. I'll be happy to give you a hand so you can continue being the best at the service you provide for your clients. 

 

QuickBooks is a robust program which enables you to complete your work with ease. As you use your browser, it starts collecting cache and cookies and when there's more than enough collected, it causes minor display issues on your browser. The good news is there's a way to clear these cache and cookies out. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.
