Question

I am logged in as administrator in QB desktop 2022 accountant and I go through the migration process but I am unable to log in to my QB online account when prompted.

When I enter my credentials it just spins - like it is not reaching the internet at all

Are you able to login as Primary Admin or Company Admin without any issue?

Migrating your data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online is a great way to pick the version of QuickBooks that works best for you while not having to worry about entering everything again. I'd be happy help you with getting this migration working.

 

If your QuickBooks Online company is more than 60 days old or has any information entered into it prior to the migration can cause issues with the migration. I recommend going over this article that provides information on the migration process.
