I AM TRYING TO ENTER MY PURCHASE ORDERS FROM MY SUPPLIERS, BUT EVERYTIME I SAVE AND ENTER AND THEN START A NEW ONE, THE PREVIOUS ONE OPENS WITH ALL FIELDS FILLED IN?

Hi lisa-bryanm-gmai,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the option to automatically pre-fill forms.  This feature uses the information from the last saved transaction type for that specific customer, supplier, or employee.  When it's no longer needed, you can turn it off.  I would be happy to show you how!

 

Follow these steps to stop automation;

 

1. Go to your Settings ⚙ and open Account and settings

2. Select the Advanced tab

3. Click on the Edit 📝 in the Automation section

4. Turn off the switch to disable the Pre-fill forms with previously entered content 

 5. Hit Save at the bottom of the Automation section, then Done 

You're all set!
