I bought two subscriptions to quickbooks online under one username email but I cannot switch company's profile. anyone has the same issue? I have multiple companies

I can see the importance of being able to easily switch between your companies. Don't worry, I'll show you how to do this using simple steps. QuickBooks is an easy-to-use program that simplifies the way you manage your work. 

 

Here's how to switch between companies without having to log out each time you do that:

  1. Click on Settings ⚙️.
  2. Under Profile, select Switch Company.
  3. From the list, select the company you want to switch to.

Hi there and thanks for replying. there is no profile page but the company details page with no option to 'switch company'.

Can you kindly check to see I have two accounts with you?
