Question

I can’t complete any bank editing, it just brings up a message saying my subscription isn’t active. I’ve already cleared up with apple that it is active. What do I do?

In order to check your subscription status and why it's giving you an error message like this I recommend contacting our support team as they can pull up your account and work with you to get this resolved. You can reach out to them using one of the following methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
