I can't connect to my Vancity Business account through QBO. Has to to something to do with dual factor authentication. Anybody got work arounds?

Welcome to Community!  Connecting your Vancity account with QuickBooks Online is a great way to manage and track your transactions all in one place.  Your banking is a vital part of your business and it's important you're able to connect to it with ease.  I'd be happy to assist.

 

I suggest clearing cache on your browser first and foremost, if you haven't already.  Then proceed to log into your QuickBooks Online account using a private or incognito browser.  If you experience the same result, try another browser such as Edge (I've heard this has worked for some), Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome.
