I Can't see the menu bar at the top of the page, the one that shows "File" "Help" and the other options

Hi gordgarner24,

 

Being able to access all features of your account is one of the things we focus on in QuickBooks Online. I'd be happy to help you get your options showing again.

 

Since QuickBooks Online is a web based program your internet browser is usually the cause for something not showing. This is due to the cache and cookies being damaged or corrupted. To clear the cache and cookies you can follow the steps in this link. If that doesn't work I suggest trying a private browser, for example Google chromes incognito mode or an entirely different browser.

Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
