Question

I cancelled Quickbooks time & disconnected. But it's still lingering. I can't login to QBT, when I click on "Time" in QBO it states my account is connected to a QBT acct.

Just need help completely removing Quickbooks time from my Quickbooks online acct.

In order to better assist you, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community as we may need more information from you. They'll be able to verify you're account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to see what might be happening in your account. Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
