I cannot access telephony for 2fa.

@JamesM4 thank you for your response to my question about disappearing tax codes in the app. I cannot reinstall the app, as I am currently abroad with no telephony. Since QB insists on using the antiquated and insecure sms or phone for 2fa, I would be locked out. For the same reason, I cannot reply to your comment, but must post a new one here. This is also the reason I’m here instead of on the phone with support - there appears to be no email option. 

QB would be well advised to see this case as an example of the dire straights your clients are left in when they lose access to their phone numbers, either by travel, AoG, or crime. Hint hint. 

Please advise.
