Question

I changed the company email address and user id and now it tells me there are no products or companies attached to it when I try to login. How do I fix this?

I changed the company email address and user id and now it tells me there are no products or companies attached to the new login. The only account I can access is one that holds archived records

Welcome to Community!  Not being able to access your QuickBooks Online account after updating information, is rather concerning.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Let's begin with clearing cache on your browser and then follow this link to sign into your account.  If you're able to successfully log into your account, follow these steps to edit your User ID and email address;

 

1. Click on your Profile Badge in the top right of your QuickBooks Online account

2. Open Manage your Intuit Account

3. Select Sign in and Security

4. Update your User ID and Email address

5. Hit Save
