Thanks for joining us here in the QuickBooks Community. I love that you're looking to complete the QuickBooks certification for ProAdvisors. It's awesome that you're making time to complete this task and I know you'll be navigating QuickBooks Online like a pro once you've finished. There are a few reasons why you might be experiencing issues completing the registration, so let me give you a hand.

 

The first and most likely cause of the problem is the images and files that are stored in your browser's cache. This is normal, and on occasion this causes issues with the way QuickBooks runs. To fix this, there are a few easy steps you can take. Give these a try and then attempt to complete the registration again:

 

 

If the steps above don't quite hit the mark and you're still unable to register, reaching out to our team of support agents outside of the Community is the next step to take. They can do a screenshare with you to help determine what's going on, and can provide you with some additional troubleshooting steps.
