I do not have access to templates in our account, how do I get access?

It's important that your information is correctly entered on your invoices so that your customers know the amount they owe your company. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send invoices, as well as other sales forms such as estimates and sales receipts, to your customers. I can point you in the right direction to edit form styles.
