I dont see payroll certification in my training tab

In order to see the Payroll certification, you'll need to scroll down to the "Specialty courses". If you still do not see the Payroll certification, I recommend trying in a private browser as it may be browsing data that is accumulating on your system and preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
