Question

I get an error message when trying to add my client as User. I am listed as both the 'user' and 'accountant'. How do I give access to my client?

I choose my client through the drop down in Accountant View -->go to Manage Users --> I am listed as the Accountant and it seems I can add him as an Accountant, but I want to add him as a User -->  I am also listed as a User, and when I try to add him under this tab I get an error message.

Knowing the error message you're getting helps us isolate the issue. That being said, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead.
