I have 2 companies, I was paying monthly but wanted to switch to yearly. I just paid $576.11 and want to make sure that is for both companies

Welcome to the Community! It's important to understand your billing information so that you can make informed decisions about your business. QuickBooks Online keeps this simple by giving you control over your billing and the information you need about it right in the program. I'd be happy to help steer you in the right direction. 

The subscription for your two companies are separate from each other, so you should receive two separate charges on your account statement for them. QuickBooks Online's Billing & Subscription section shows you whether you're paying monthly or annually and you can even check your billing history right from that section, too. Here's how to get there.

  • Select the Gear icon at the top right of the screen.
  • Choose Account and Settings.
  • Select the Billing & Subscription tab.

To switch your billing to annual, choose Switch to annual billing. To see your billing history, click View payment history.

When you choose View payment history, you can view the last six months of payments related to the account you're looking at. Please note that statements are available the day after the billing date, not the same day.

If you ever need statements that are older than six months, the QuickBooks Online support team can help when you connect with a member of the team outside of the Community. This way, they can securely collect your information and check your billing history for you. Here are your options for contacting them:
