I have a client that has closed their business. How do I cancel their subscription as I am paying for it.

It's sad to hear that you have a client that's closed their business, but I appreciate wanting to make sure you're no longer paying for the subscription since they won't be using QuickBooks Online anymore. I can absolutely help you with this.

 

It sounds like you may have your client's account under your wholesale billing, meaning you're handling their billing through the billing section of your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account. In those instances, cancelling a client subscription is as simple as removing them from your wholesale billing. This makes the account inactive unless the client reactivates it on their own.
