Question

I have a QuickBooks subscription that does not allow me to enter refunds.Do I need to upgrade my subscription? If so will my current subscription info still be there

Hi there,

 

Sometimes it's necessary to process refunds for your customers. It's essential you're able to enter refunds and I'll be happy to give you a hand from here. 

 

Among other amazing features, QuickBooks offers the Refund feature which is available on all subscription packages. From here I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser as a method of troubleshooting. Clearing cache and cookies cleans your browser so it runs smoothly while you enjoy the benefits of QB Online. Here's an article which shows you how to: Clear cache and cookies. If you decide to upgrade your subscription for any other reasons besides this one, you won't have to worry about losing your data. Your data is safely stored so when you upgrade, you can continue to use the account without having to enter your data again.
