Hi alirayati-gmail-,

Welcome to Community!  Having your QuickBooks Online account appear to be inactive, can be concerning.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here, so you can get back to business as soon as possible!

When your QuickBooks account falls inactive, you still have access to your data.  However, your access will be noted as 'read-only', and any new transactions created will not be saved.  If you've previously transferred the billing to an accounting professional and no longer work with them, they can transfer the billing back to you.  When this happens the account falls inactive and you simply enter your payment details to reactivate the account.  There may be other underlying causes for an account to become inactive, such as an invalid payment method, or inaccurate credit card information.

Follow these steps to make your account active again;

1. Log into QuickBooks Online as the Primary Admin

2. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and settings

3. Select Billing & Subscription from the left menu

4. Next to your payment method, select the Edit ✎

5. Enter/Update your credit card info

6. When you're done, hit Save
