I have been added me as an accountant but it is not showing up when i follow the invite email

Do you have a QBO Accountant CA account? Make sure your client is using QBO CA version

Thx for your suggestion. I am using the same login as another company that gives me that access. So i assume that is the accountant ca account?

 

The company is allowed 2 accountants so i presume it is the right account??

 

don't really know what that account name/specifics is/are.
