Hello kyledavid02,

At QuickBooks Online, we know that there may be a number of users that work on your books, and it sounds like you're taking advantage of that with the user accesses to your account. From what you've described, you've got someone that you need to be able to work on the books, so you've invited them as a user through the Manage users section, but after a change of email, he cannot login. I can help.

When you set up a user in QuickBooks Online, that information becomes their login credentials to access the program. In light of that, it'd be helpful to know more about how you changed the employee's email and any changes that he's made on his end. To go over this, I recommend connecting with our tech team outside of the QuickBooks Community so that we can securely look at your account from our end to figure out what's happened and gather details from you.

There are a few options to choose from when reaching out to us, so feel free to go with whichever works best for you.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Social MediaFacebookTwitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

If you mean to say you're having trouble with your employee's access to Workforce, where they can view their paystubs and year-end forms, that's a slightly different situation. For that, please connect with the Workforce team using the chat link at the bottom of this article: View your paycheques and T4s in QuickBooks Workforce

Have a great week.
