I have created a QuickBooks account and purchased QBO but the QBO is not linked to my QuickBooks log-in?

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to access your QuickBooks Online account from anywhere at any time.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

When logging into your QuickBooks Online account, it's essential that you're using the associated email address, ensuring there are no typos.  If you've been sent an invitation to become a user on the account, please refer to the invitation in your email and follow the link to sign in, making note of the UserID or email address used.  In addition, you can recover your account by following the steps here.

 

If you're still unable to access your account, please don't hesitate to contact us.  Our Customer Care team will work with you personally, and ensure you're back to business as soon as possible!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
