Question

I have recently upgraded a my cellular phone due to damage and age. I've transferred all I can, logged in to my quickbooks app but have no access minus trip app.

My other phone is still signed on. I'm afraid to delete until I know everything is functioning

Welcome to Community!  The QuickBooks Online mobile app, is a great way to track your business miles.  I'd be happy to assist!

 

To get started, I suggest selecting the menu ☰ icon, then Mileage, and turn on the Auto-tracking switch.  If this is already activated, please follow this link, to fix mileage tracking issues.  If the issue persists, please contact us, so we can look further into the situation from our end, and ensure you're able to use the mileage tracking feature without delay!
