I have the quickbooks app on my phone and recently tried to sign onto the online version from my home laptop but there was no data, why am I not able to see my data on my laptop?

First, I'd like to start by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser?
