Question

I have two users tracking mileage on their QuickBooks phone apps, but only one shows up online (even when the other user signs on online). How do I get both to show?

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Mileage is a great feature for tracking vehicle expenses for your business.  It's important that your team has the full advantage of automatically tracking their business miles.  I'll be happy to help!

 

Based on the information you've provided, I recommend checking your driver's permissions.  Only Admin users will be able to track mileage.  Once their permissions have been established, they'll need to turn on mileage tracking and add the vehicle.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.  Should other issues arise, here's how to fix them in the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
