I just downloaded and paid for a subscription to quickbooks desktop pro then realized it doesn't work on Mac so I immediately cancelled my subscription. I just want to make sure I won't be charged for the first billing period. Can someone help with this?

You need to have Parallels to run QB Desktop CA version on your Mac. We can help to provide the license for Windows 10 with a competitive price for this purpose. You can also still purchase the one time (outright) license for QB Desktop 2021 CA version if required.

Hey there blackironindustr,

Thank you for reaching out to us here. It's important to have the right software in order to help your business. QuickBooks Desktop helps keep your books balanced so you don't have to do all the work. I can provide some information regarding billing.

You can reach out to the support team outside of the community using the link provided so that you can verify if the account has been cancelled and to not be charged for the subscription in the future. If you have been charged and would like a refund, you can request a refund by clicking on the link.
