I know QB and PC financial mastercard no longer work together but i'm looking to manually add my PC card to keep my bookkeeping in the same place, how do i do that?

Welcome to Community!  It's great to hear that you're interested in manually tracking your PC card in QuickBooks Online to keep your finances up to date and in one place.  I'd be happy to assist you with this!

The first thing you'll need to do is create the account.  Here are the steps:

1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the dashboard

2. Select Chart of Accounts

3. Hit New

4. Select Credit Card as the Account Type (the detail type will default to Credit Card)

6. Give your account a Name and fill out any other necessary fields 

7. Click Save and Close

Once you've completed the account set up, you're ready to manually upload your transactions.  I'll guide you through the steps!

1. Login to your Online Banking and select the Date Range for the transactions you'd like to upload into QuickBooks

2. Download the document in csv format

3. Map the Spreadsheet

The best way is to have four columns:

-Date

-Description

-Spent

-Received

When you're ready to upload the transactions into QuickBooks, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu

2. Click on Upload transactions

3. Select Browse and locate the spreadsheet. Hit Next

4. In the QuickBooks account ▼  dropdown, choose the account to upload the transactions into. Next

5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Click Next

6. Select all transactions to be imported. Next.

7. Hit Yes

When you're ready, click Let's go!
