I'm having a problem with my password not working. I change it and everything is ok, but the next time I go in to the program it won't accept the new password.

Hi Judy,

 

Your password is one of the most important piece of information and it's vital you don't have issues with it. Rest assured, I'd be happy to give you a hand with this. 

 

First, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this helps fix most issues the site may be having. Here are the steps: Clear Cache and Cookies. Once you've done this, check to see if the browser is asking you to enter the password again. 

 

When your browser asks you to save the new password, you have an option to click Yes or No. If you click Yes, the browser will save the new password so you don't have to enter it the next time you log in. Usually, clearing cache and cookies fixes the issue you're having but if it persists, please contact our support team for further assistance. Here's how:
