Question

I 'm trying to invite a new client to the account set up for him in one of my placeholder accounts. Company name isn't on his invite and login won't work. Any ideas?

It's always an exciting time when you find a new client to work with and it's wonderful that you're having them join us at QuickBooks! I'll help you get this sorted out.

 

Inviting your client is as easy as inviting them as a user to the placeholder account in question. It sounds like you've done that step, but now the program is giving you two trouble. That sometimes happens. What I recommend is deleting the invite and then resending it. It sounds simple, but sometimes this jogs the system into place and will allow your client to login.
