Question

I paid for a subscription and the app was working fine yesterday. Today I'm receiving an error message saying my subscription is expired. Please fix.

I phoned customer support and automated service keeps getting to give me a refund. 
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I have proof of payment and I am subscribed. 
This is the online version.
