I signed in to my account with correct username and password on my laptop, but not receiving my security code by text.Can I get a security code text?

I cannot sign in without a security code and am not receiving the text to my phone

Hi there info-tntoutdoora,

 

It's important that all your transactions are correctly entered for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to allow you to access your books from anywhere with an Internet connection. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with login into your QuickBooks account.

 

For assistance, if you don't receive a code after requesting one by text, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your account details with you in a secure setting to be able to best assist in getting you back into your account. You can reach out using these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
