Question

I subscribed to a 7 day trial which has ended. Now i am being charged $19.78/month for QB online. I want this to stop.

Hi evelynpranger-gm,

 

Giving you full control of your account to add, remove or even cancel your account at anytime is something we made sure to provide all of our customers. I'd be happy to walk you through the steps to get this resolved.

 

Once the trial version of your account is over and it's not cancelled it'll change into a subscription. When looking to cancel your account after the free trial period you'll need to follow these steps.

 

  1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.

Once the account is cancelled you will still be able to log in to see your information you entered for 12 months afterwards. After the 12 months the company account will be deleted.
