Since your subscription isn't through Intuit, you won't be able to view the billing and subscription tab under Account and Settings. Your subscription is through Apple billing. I encourage you to review this article on how to update your payment information with Apple Billing. If you'd like to change your payment card just for QuickBooks only, I recommend reaching out to Apple store support team for assistance with billing and subscription.
