I want to downgrade from Advanced to Essentials. However, My account is suspended.
Hello, I use QBO Advanced the Canadian version. However, my account is suspended.
I want to downgrade my subscription from Advanced to Essentials. Can I downgrade my subscription to Essentials without the need to pay the Advanced subscription fee first, then downgrading to Essentials?
In other words, can I reactivate my account immediately to Essentials and skip reactivating my account to the Advanced version then downgrading to Essentials?
