I was trying to move two clients from Accountant-billed subscription to Client-billed subscription and both accounts now show canceled.

Hi YAMI,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Accountant enables you to access your clients with one login.  You'll also have the opportunity to add them to your billing profile.  When a client subscription is transferred out of your firm's subscription, it will make the client account temporarily inactive.  The client will be prompted to update their billing profile when they log into their account as the Primary Admin.  This will re-activate their account so they can pick up where they left off.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.
