It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online enables you to update your billing information within product.  I would be glad to assist!

When your QuickBooks account falls 'inactive', you will continue to have access for one year.  This gives you the opportunity to 'reactivate' your accounts, so you can pick up where you left off.  Here's how;

1. Sign into QuickBooks Online as a Primary Admin

2. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing

3. Next to your payment method, select the Edit ✎

4. Update your credit card information

5. Ensure the address is exactly as it appears on your credit card statements

6. When you're done, select Confirm card or Save.
