If you import your payroll journal entry from wagepoint, & the person who set it up is no longer with the company, does the file upload not work under the new user name

I need to import the payroll files from wagepoint. No payroll file uploaded since the bookkeeper was replaced - how do I fix this

It's great to see you in Community.  Welcome!  It's essential that your payroll journals are posting in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be happy to point you in the right direction so you can get back to what you love as soon as possible!

 

Initially, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already.  I also recommend logging into your QuickBooks Online account using another browser such as, Safari, Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, Private or Incognito.  If you encounter the same result, please contact Wagepoint Customer Care for further assistance.
